Rules governing permitted and prohibited conduct on Goafreet tools, calculators, portals, and digital utilities.
Purpose & Application
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all users of Goafreet’s website, digital utilities, fee calculators, SEO testing tools, downloadable guides, and client portals. Users must utilize our digital ecosystem responsibly, lawfully, and in strict compliance with these rules.
Prohibited Conduct Across Tools & Calculators
You must not use any Goafreet tool or service to: (a) Execute automated scripts, bots, or headless browsers designed to overload or scrape calculations in bulk; (b) Input malicious script payloads (XSS, SQL injection, buffer overflows) into tool form fields; (c) Circumvent rate limits or access controls; or (d) Falsify calculation parameters to generate fraudulent financial representations.
Browser Utilities & Email Extractor Rules
For browser utilities such as the Email Extractor: (a) The utility operates locally within client browser memory; (b) Users must ensure they possess a lawful basis under applicable privacy and anti-spam legislation before extracting or contacting any recipient; and (c) Users are strictly prohibited from using extracted contact lists to facilitate phishing campaigns, credential theft, or unauthorized marketing.
Enforcement & Access Revocation
Goafreet reserves the right to block IP addresses, terminate user sessions, and restrict access for any user or automated agent found violating this Acceptable Use Policy, without notice or liability.
Contractual Hierarchy & Precedence
This document forms part of Goafreet’s operational legal architecture and is intended to be read in conjunction with our Master Service Terms and specific engagement proposals. Where a mutually signed Master Service Agreement (MSA), Statement of Work (SOW), or bilateral Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) contains more specific or differing terms, the signed agreement shall strictly prevail for that engagement.
