Table of Contents (6 Sections)
Scope & Contractual Summary
Operational boundaries governing retainer deliverables, included hours, revision limits, support turnarounds, and out-of-scope work.
Defined Package Scope & Deliverable Boundaries
All service packages, monthly retainers, and fixed-fee engagements are strictly defined by the deliverables, quantities, account numbers, and revision limits specified in the applicable Statement of Work (SOW). Services are never unlimited unless an express, written, bilateral agreement explicitly establishes an uncapped arrangement with defined resource allocations.
Working Hours & Support Response Windows
Standard operating hours are Monday through Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST (excluding gazetted Indian holidays). Deliverables and support responses follow the schedule established in the applicable commercial agreement.
Meeting Boundaries & Strategic Consultations
Retainer agreements incorporate designated strategic review sessions as scheduled in the applicable SOW. Ad-hoc consultations exceeding agreed allocations may be scheduled subject to team availability and quoted separately.
Scope of Revisions
Deliverables include the specific number of iterative revision rounds set out in the applicable agreement. Feedback must be consolidated and transmitted through the designated project lead. Feedback rounds exceeding the contractual allocation or involving brief modifications are handled under the Change Request Policy.
Emergency & Accelerated Deliverables
Client requests for accelerated turnarounds or off-hours deployments are subject to team availability and will be quoted in advance in accordance with the applicable commercial agreement.
Retainer Capacity & Allocation
Monthly retainer fees secure reserved agency capacity, team allocation, and infrastructure for that billing cycle. Unless explicitly stipulated in a signed enterprise contract, unused allocations do not roll forward into subsequent billing cycles.
Contractual Hierarchy & Precedence
This document forms part of Goafreet’s operational legal architecture and is intended to be read in conjunction with our Master Service Terms and specific engagement proposals. Where a mutually signed Master Service Agreement (MSA), Statement of Work (SOW), or bilateral Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) contains more specific or differing terms, the signed agreement shall strictly prevail for that engagement.
