Scope & Contractual Summary

Protocols for authorized communication channels, designated sign-off authorities, approval deadlines, and proof authorization.

1
Designated Authorized Representatives

Client must designate primary authorized representatives empowered to give binding instructions, approve briefs, sign off on deliverables, and authorize budget adjustments. Goafreet is entitled to rely fully on instructions transmitted by these designated individuals.

2
Permitted Communication Channels

Official project communications, deliverable reviews, and scope approvals must be conducted via email, official project management portals, or scheduled conferences. While day-to-day coordination may occur via instant messaging, commercial instructions must be confirmed in writing via email.

3
Review Windows & Approvals

Client shall review deliverables within the review window established in the applicable agreement. Where a deliverable was accurately presented for approval and the client expressly approved it, subsequent changes requested due to changes in preference or brief will be handled as additional scope.

4
Production Proof Sign-Off

Prior to live deployment, software release, or bulk print manufacturing, Client is provided with final production proofs. Client’s formal written sign-off constitutes conclusive authorization to proceed.

Contractual Hierarchy & Precedence

This document forms part of Goafreet’s operational legal architecture and is intended to be read in conjunction with our Master Service Terms and specific engagement proposals. Where a mutually signed Master Service Agreement (MSA), Statement of Work (SOW), or bilateral Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) contains more specific or differing terms, the signed agreement shall strictly prevail for that engagement.
