Goafreet upholds rigorous standards of professional communication and zero tolerance for unsolicited mass electronic messaging ("spam"). All direct B2B marketing communications, outreach initiatives, and digital prospecting facilitated by Goafreet must be lawful, proportionate, contextually relevant, and transparent.

Direct commercial outreach must be directed exclusively to professional contacts who have an identifiable business interest in the offering. Senders must ensure: (a) Clear identification of the sender; (b) Accurate, non-deceptive subject lines; (c) Valid physical or business contact details; and (d) A prominent mechanism to unsubscribe or opt out of future communications.

All opt-out requests, unsubscribe clicks, and requests for contact deletion must be honored promptly. Contact information for opted-out individuals must be added to a suppression list to prevent accidental future re-solicitation.

Goafreet provides certain client-side text utilities, including the Email Extractor. This utility operates entirely within the user's local web browser session and does not harvest, scrape, or transmit extracted contact records to Goafreet. Users are strictly responsible for ensuring they have a valid lawful basis under applicable privacy and communications regulations before contacting any extracted email address.

Users and clients are strictly prohibited from utilizing Goafreet services, infrastructure, or tool outputs for: sending mass unsolicited commercial emails; utilizing illicitly acquired contact databases without verified consent; forging headers or spoofing domains; sending deceptive phishing messages; or circumventing spam filters.
