Scope & Contractual Summary
Terms governing print artwork sign-off, color tolerances, packaging die-lines, mandatory statutory text, and manufacturing variances.
Artwork Preparation & Technical Die-Lines
Goafreet designs packaging, product labels, marketing collateral, and offline signage strictly against technical die-lines and print specifications supplied by the Client or Client’s selected manufacturing printer.
Client Responsibility for Statutory Packaging Information
Client is strictly and solely responsible for supplying verified, legally compliant statutory text for consumer packaging, including ingredients, nutritional tables, net weight, manufacturing and expiry dates, MRP, consumer care details, license numbers, and batch details as required by applicable packaging and legal metrology rules.
Final Proof Sign-Off & Printer Approval
Prior to bulk manufacturing, Client must review and formally approve the final pre-press proof or physical printer sample. Client’s written approval constitutes conclusive authorization to proceed. Goafreet shall not be liable for errors, typos, incorrect barcodes, or regulatory omissions present in an approved proof.
Color Tolerances & Manufacturing Variances
Client acknowledges that colors displayed on RGB digital backlit screens vary naturally from physical CMYK offset, digital, or flexographic print runs. Acceptable commercial shade variances across different paper stocks and production batches do not constitute defective printing.
Contractual Hierarchy & Precedence
This document forms part of Goafreet’s operational legal architecture and is intended to be read in conjunction with our Master Service Terms and specific engagement proposals. Where a mutually signed Master Service Agreement (MSA), Statement of Work (SOW), or bilateral Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) contains more specific or differing terms, the signed agreement shall strictly prevail for that engagement.
