FBA vs FBM: undelivered, rejected & replacement order fees
The fulfilment model changes which fees exist and which fees Amazon can reverse. FBA means Amazon stores and fulfils the inventory. FBM / merchant fulfilled means the seller stores inventory; Easy Ship is Amazon-managed delivery within FBM, while Self Ship uses the seller’s own courier. The supplied Amazon policy covers FBA and Easy Ship; it does not promise reimbursement for Self Ship courier charges.

When to expect it
The supplied policy states reimbursement is processed once the order is marked undelivered or customer rejected, then paid in the normal settlement cycle. It lists FBA as effective from 10 November 2022 and Easy Ship from 4 March 2024.
Where to verify it
Check Seller Central Reports → Payments. Easy Ship reversals may appear in All Statements as “Amazon Easy Ship Weight Handling Fee Reversal” and its IGST entry. Use the monthly Undelivered and Rejected Order Reimbursements report and Tax Document Library credit notes to reconcile each order ID.
