AI-Assisted Operational Workflows
Goafreet may use automation and AI-assisted tools as part of research, drafting, analysis, design, development or operational workflows where appropriate. Material outputs remain subject to professional human review and quality assurance.
Client Confidentiality & Model Training Restrictions
Goafreet strictly prohibits the input of confidential, non-public client financial data, customer personal identifiable information (PII), or unreleased proprietary source code into public, consumer-grade AI models where data might be retained for third-party model training.
Human Review & Quality Assurance
All AI-generated copy, code suggestions, research syntheses, and strategic frameworks undergo human review, editing, and professional quality assurance by human specialists prior to client delivery or live deployment.
Intellectual Property & AI Deliverables
Goafreet monitors evolving legal frameworks regarding copyrightability of AI-assisted creations. Final deliverables provided to clients represent human-directed, curated, and substantively modified intellectual creations eligible for commercial deployment.
Contractual Hierarchy & Precedence
This document forms part of Goafreet’s operational legal architecture and is intended to be read in conjunction with our Master Service Terms and specific engagement proposals. Where a mutually signed Master Service Agreement (MSA), Statement of Work (SOW), or bilateral Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) contains more specific or differing terms, the signed agreement shall strictly prevail for that engagement.
