When publishing case studies detailing campaign strategies or performance lifts, Goafreet protects sensitive commercial figures. Actual revenue amounts, profit margins, and customer identities are anonymized, masked, or presented as proportional improvements.
Client Testimonials & Quotes
Client testimonials, reviews, and representative photographs are published strictly with prior consent. Testimonials may be edited for typographical clarity or conciseness without altering substantive endorsement.
Confidential Engagements & Opt-Out
Clients operating under stealth mode or strict non-publicity requirements may opt out of portfolio attribution by specifying non-publicity in their agreement or executing an NDA. Goafreet honors all verified non-publicity agreements.
Contractual Hierarchy & Precedence
This document forms part of Goafreet’s operational legal architecture and is intended to be read in conjunction with our Master Service Terms and specific engagement proposals. Where a mutually signed Master Service Agreement (MSA), Statement of Work (SOW), or bilateral Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) contains more specific or differing terms, the signed agreement shall strictly prevail for that engagement.
