Scope & Contractual Summary

Service-aware framework detailing cancellation terms, retainer terminations, non-refundable third-party costs, and handover procedures.

1
Service-Aware Commercial Approach

Goafreet delivers customized intellectual, creative, and technical professional services. Refund and cancellation eligibility depends on: (a) the accepted proposal; (b) the stage of work; (c) work already performed; (d) committed third-party expenditures; (e) software licences and domain costs; (f) media spend; (g) creator or talent bookings; (h) physical printing and production; and (i) non-cancellable supplier commitments.

2
Project Deposits & Cancellations

Initial project deposits secure agency bandwidth, technical discovery, and resource scheduling. Where a project is cancelled prior to the commencement of any work, deposit treatment follows the terms of the applicable proposal. Once discovery, architectural planning, or creative concepts have commenced, fees for work performed are non-refundable.

3
Mid-Project Terminations

Either party may terminate an active project in accordance with the notice provisions in the applicable agreement. Client shall settle invoices for all deliverables completed, milestones reached, and committed expenses incurred up to the effective date of termination. Goafreet will deliver all completed work corresponding to settled payments.

4
Monthly Retainers & Notice Requirements

Ongoing monthly retainers may be cancelled by providing the written notice period specified in the signed agreement prior to the start of the subsequent billing cycle.

5
Non-Refundable Third-Party Expenditures

External third-party disbursements are non-refundable by Goafreet. This includes media spend paid to ad networks, platform subscription charges, domain name registrations, contracted influencer booking fees, and physical manufacturing costs committed to third-party print suppliers.

6
No Refunds for External Platform Outcomes

Refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction with third-party search engine algorithm updates, ad auction price changes, or independent marketplace platform decisions.

Contractual Hierarchy & Precedence

This document forms part of Goafreet’s operational legal architecture and is intended to be read in conjunction with our Master Service Terms and specific engagement proposals. Where a mutually signed Master Service Agreement (MSA), Statement of Work (SOW), or bilateral Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) contains more specific or differing terms, the signed agreement shall strictly prevail for that engagement.
