Goafreet provides technical search engine optimization (SEO) services that may encompass technical website audits, on-page content optimization, metadata enhancement, structured schema markup recommendations, internal link structuring, Core Web Vitals remediation guidance, Search Console monitoring, and local search optimization, as specified in the applicable Statement of Work (SOW).
Express Disclaimer of Ranking Guarantees
Search engines control crawling, indexing, and rankings. Client explicitly acknowledges that Goafreet does not guarantee specific search engine rankings, Page 1 rankings, #1 rankings, organic traffic increases, or indexing timelines. Search engines independently calculate rankings using proprietary, continuously evolving algorithms.
Algorithm Updates & Search Volatility
Search engines possess complete autonomy regarding crawling, indexing, and ranking decisions. Periodic algorithmic shifts can impact search visibility across entire domains without warning. Competitors also change their content and optimization continuously. Goafreet applies standard, approved techniques but is not liable for fluctuations caused by search engine algorithm updates.
Client Implementation Dependencies
Goafreet may recommend technical, architectural, or content changes. Client implementation delays or failure to deploy recommended technical schema, server redirects, or content updates can affect outcomes.
Third-Party Links & Historical Signals
Goafreet does not purchase automated link schemes or manipulative networks. Where backlinks are controlled by third parties, they cannot be guaranteed to remain active indefinitely.
Contractual Hierarchy & Precedence
This document forms part of Goafreet’s operational legal architecture and is intended to be read in conjunction with our Master Service Terms and specific engagement proposals. Where a mutually signed Master Service Agreement (MSA), Statement of Work (SOW), or bilateral Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) contains more specific or differing terms, the signed agreement shall strictly prevail for that engagement.
