Scope & Contractual Summary

Operating disclosures detailing client exposure to independent platform decisions, algorithm updates, policy enforcements, and tech outages.

1
Independent Platform Architecture

Google, Meta, Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, LinkedIn, YouTube, app stores, hosting providers, payment providers and other third-party services operate independently from Goafreet. Their policies, algorithms, fees, eligibility criteria, technical interfaces, availability and enforcement decisions may change without Goafreet's control.

2
Algorithmic Volatility & Core Updates

Search engines and social media networks routinely deploy algorithm revisions. These updates can cause shifts in organic website visibility, organic reach, or ad delivery costs across entire industry verticals. Goafreet cannot prevent or reverse independent platform algorithm updates.

3
Platform Reviews, Suspensions & Ad Disapprovals

Third-party platforms deploy automated systems to enforce community guidelines, merchant terms, and ad policies. Platforms may disapprove ad creatives, place holds on marketplace seller accounts, suppress product buy boxes, or review merchant payments. Goafreet provides professional administrative support to appeal such issues, but Goafreet cannot guarantee reversal of third-party decisions.

4
Platform Outages & API Changes

Third-party platforms periodically experience downtime, latency, reporting delays, or sudden deprecation of developer APIs. Goafreet is not responsible for campaign interruptions or reporting delays caused by third-party platform outages.

5
Third-Party Costs & Platform Invoicing

Client remains directly responsible for all third-party charges, marketplace commission rates, fulfillment fees, return processing costs, and advertising bills levied directly by independent platforms.

Contractual Hierarchy & Precedence

This document forms part of Goafreet’s operational legal architecture and is intended to be read in conjunction with our Master Service Terms and specific engagement proposals. Where a mutually signed Master Service Agreement (MSA), Statement of Work (SOW), or bilateral Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) contains more specific or differing terms, the signed agreement shall strictly prevail for that engagement.
