1
Operational Independence of Tech Platforms

Google, Meta, Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, LinkedIn, YouTube, app stores, hosting providers, payment providers, and other third-party platforms operate completely independently from Goafreet. Their policies, algorithms, fees, eligibility criteria, technical interfaces, availability, and enforcement decisions may change without Goafreet's control.

2
No Agency or Formal Partnership Implied

Nothing on the Website or in service collateral implies a formal partnership, joint venture, agency, or official endorsement by Amazon, Google, Meta, Flipkart, or any third party unless independently verified and officially documented. All platform trade names and logos are the property of their respective owners.

3
Third-Party Terms Precedence

Client accounts created or operated on third-party platforms remain subject to the terms of service, merchant guidelines, and privacy policies of those specific platforms. Goafreet cannot override or waive independent platform decisions.

Contractual Hierarchy & Precedence

This document forms part of Goafreet’s operational legal architecture and is intended to be read in conjunction with our Master Service Terms and specific engagement proposals. Where a mutually signed Master Service Agreement (MSA), Statement of Work (SOW), or bilateral Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) contains more specific or differing terms, the signed agreement shall strictly prevail for that engagement.
