Creator Coordination Scope
Goafreet facilitates collaborations between Client and independent content creators or social influencers, including brief drafting, negotiation, sample product dispatch coordination, and campaign tracking.
Mandatory Influencer Disclosures
Creator-generated commercial promotions must comply with applicable advertising standards regarding transparent promotional disclosures. Neither Client nor Goafreet may instruct creators to omit mandatory disclosure labels.
Content Usage Rights & Exclusivity
Usage rights for creator content are strictly governed by the specific agreement executed with each creator. Client may deploy creator content only within the platforms, timeframes, and regions specified in the talent contract.
Creator Delays & Independent Actions
Content creators are independent third parties. Goafreet is not liable for creator delays, unexpected cancellations, or personal conduct outside the contracted scope.
No Guarantee of Engagement or Commercial Lift
Goafreet does not warrant or guarantee specific video views, likes, engagement metrics, or sales outcomes resulting from influencer collaborations.
Contractual Hierarchy & Precedence
This document forms part of Goafreet’s operational legal architecture and is intended to be read in conjunction with our Master Service Terms and specific engagement proposals. Where a mutually signed Master Service Agreement (MSA), Statement of Work (SOW), or bilateral Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) contains more specific or differing terms, the signed agreement shall strictly prevail for that engagement.
