Scope of Organic Social Management
Social media management retainers encompass content calendar planning, graphic and caption creation, scheduled posting across designated platforms, community comment monitoring, and analytics reporting, as detailed in the applicable agreement.
Content Calendars & Approval Timelines
Goafreet submits content calendars for client review. Client must review and approve calendars in accordance with the agreed schedule. If Client feedback is delayed, posting may be adjusted accordingly.
Community Management & Moderation Boundaries
Community management covers moderating public comments and responding to routine inquiries during standard operating hours using approved client guidelines. Comments and user-generated content are not fully controlled by Goafreet.
Music, Audio & Stock Asset Licensing
Commercial promotional video reels and social assets require appropriate commercial licensing. Popular copyrighted music trending on personal social media accounts cannot lawfully be used on business accounts without appropriate synchronization licences.
Follower Growth & Virality Disclaimers
Platform algorithms control distribution. Organic reach, follower growth, and virality are not guaranteed. Platform account restrictions or policy enforcements can occur independently.
Contractual Hierarchy & Precedence
This document forms part of Goafreet’s operational legal architecture and is intended to be read in conjunction with our Master Service Terms and specific engagement proposals. Where a mutually signed Master Service Agreement (MSA), Statement of Work (SOW), or bilateral Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) contains more specific or differing terms, the signed agreement shall strictly prevail for that engagement.
