Scope & Contractual Summary
Terms governing commercial shoots, studio logistics, talent releases, raw footage retention, post-production revisions, and equipment contingencies.
Pre-Production & Approvals
Commercial photography and video production proceed under approved creative treatments, scripts, storyboards, and call sheets. All locations, talent selections, and props must be approved in writing prior to shoot dates.
Shoot Logistics & Rescheduling
Production involves firm financial commitments for crews, equipment, and locations. Rescheduling fees and non-recoverable out-of-pocket costs resulting from client-requested date changes follow the provisions in the applicable agreement. Weather-related delays are rescheduled with actual out-of-pocket costs billed.
Post-Production Editing
Post-production editing and sound synchronization include the revision rounds defined in the applicable SOW. Re-editing requests that alter the approved storyboard constitute additional scope.
Deliverables & Raw Footage
Deliverables include final rendered master videos in agreed export formats. Raw unedited camera footage is provided only when specifically contracted in the commercial agreement. Project working files are archived in accordance with Goafreet’s operational retention schedule.
Model & Location Releases
Goafreet secures commercial talent releases for agency-sourced talent. Client warrants that any client-supplied personnel have consented to commercial use of their likeness.
Contractual Hierarchy & Precedence
This document forms part of Goafreet’s operational legal architecture and is intended to be read in conjunction with our Master Service Terms and specific engagement proposals. Where a mutually signed Master Service Agreement (MSA), Statement of Work (SOW), or bilateral Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) contains more specific or differing terms, the signed agreement shall strictly prevail for that engagement.
