Scope & Contractual Summary
Terms governing web engineering, frontend/backend architecture, browser compatibility, UAT sign-off, warranties, and maintenance.
Technical Architecture & Development Scope
Goafreet designs and engineers websites and web applications based on requirements supplied and approved by the Client. Architectural specifications, integrations, and deliverables are defined in the technical SOW.
Browser & Device Testing Standards
Websites are tested across current, supported versions of major modern desktop and mobile browsers. Goafreet does not guarantee permanent compatibility with future operating system or browser revisions beyond the agreed deployment baseline.
User Acceptance Testing & Formal Sign-Off
Client shall conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) within the review window specified in the agreement. Upon resolution of verified non-conformances, Client provides formal written sign-off. Production deployment constitutes acceptance of the build.
Post-Launch Warranty & Support
Goafreet provides post-launch warranty support for the duration specified in the applicable agreement to remediate verifiable technical bugs. Goafreet does not warrant zero bugs, 100% uptime, absolute cybersecurity, or uninterrupted third-party API availability.
Hosting, Domains & Maintenance
Hosting and domain renewals are the responsibility of the Client unless explicitly contracted to Goafreet. Ongoing maintenance and security updates require a separate maintenance retainer.
Contractual Hierarchy & Precedence
This document forms part of Goafreet’s operational legal architecture and is intended to be read in conjunction with our Master Service Terms and specific engagement proposals. Where a mutually signed Master Service Agreement (MSA), Statement of Work (SOW), or bilateral Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) contains more specific or differing terms, the signed agreement shall strictly prevail for that engagement.
