Software Engineering Scope

Goafreet designs and engineers mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms based on agreed functional specifications, user flows, and backend API requirements.

App Store & Google Play Review Disclaimer

Apple Inc. and Google LLC enforce proprietary app review guidelines and developer policies. Goafreet builds applications adhering to standard guidelines, but Goafreet does not warrant or guarantee that an application will be approved by Apple or Google upon initial submission.

Client Developer Accounts

Applications must be published under the Client’s dedicated developer accounts. Client is responsible for maintaining active developer account standing and paying developer fees.

Third-Party APIs, SDKs & OS Updates

Mobile applications frequently integrate third-party SDKs and APIs. Goafreet is not responsible for malfunctions caused by third-party API deprecations or breaking operating system updates deployed post-launch.

Contractual Hierarchy & Precedence

This document forms part of Goafreet’s operational legal architecture and is intended to be read in conjunction with our Master Service Terms and specific engagement proposals. Where a mutually signed Master Service Agreement (MSA), Statement of Work (SOW), or bilateral Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) contains more specific or differing terms, the signed agreement shall strictly prevail for that engagement.
